What to write about
Corrections, gaps in an article, or a plumbing or heating question that the site doesn't answer yet. If a guide left you more confused than before, tell us — that's useful too.
What we can't do
We can't book a plumber for you or put a price on a job. We only write about the subject, so we've no way of quoting your specific situation or sending someone round.
Replies
It's a small team and emails are read in batches, so a reply might take a few days. We do get to them.
