What this is
Paxton Brook is a small site about plumbing and heating in and around St Neots. We started it because most of what's written online is either sales copy or vague filler. We wanted something a homeowner could actually read and come away better informed.

How we write it
Answer first, then the detail. We try to be honest about trade-offs — when a repair makes more sense than a replacement, when it doesn't, and where the money really goes. If we're unsure about something, we say so rather than guess.
